SynthSemi strives to maintain complete transparency and high standards across all engineering services and academy training programs.

Engineering Services

Service projects are executed under individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) with defined milestone sign-offs. Refund terms for service deliverables are governed strictly by the executed agreement.

Academy Training Courses

Students who request cancellation at least 7 days prior to cohort commencement are eligible for a full refund minus administrative processing fees. Cancellations requested after cohort commencement are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
